Creative Directions is owned by Jerald Vallan, who has more than two decades of experience in the advertising and technical industry. Jerald can create residential design and architectural CADD drawings for any new additions and remodels. As Creative Directions offers three-dimensional models and architectural graphics, its clients are able to see the final look of their projects prior to completion.

Using its expertise in three-dimensional renderings, Creative Directions can design, draw and present proposals in a more efficient and productive way, which in turn reduces money and time and assist the process during the requisition for building permits.

Creative Directions’ mission is to offer customized solutions based on the specific needs of its clients. The company has partnered with several contractors and businesses across California. The company has worked with companies, including Stanford University, Quaker Oats, AT&T, Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath and Pacific Bell. It also offers architectural drafting services for private parties. Jerald offers support to several foundations, including Jason Kidd’s Helping Hands Foundation and The Vida Blue Foundation, which in turn offers education in private schools in the East Bay region.
